Self-anchored suspension bridge steel box girder framing pushing equipment and pushing method thereof
The invention discloses a self-anchored suspension bridge steel box girder framing pushing device which comprises a first arc-shaped supporting structure, a second arc-shaped supporting structure and a supporting base installed at the bottom end of the first arc-shaped supporting structure and the bottom end of the second arc-shaped supporting structure, and the first arc-shaped supporting structure comprises at least two first arc-shaped cushion blocks fixed to the upper portion of the supporting base. The second arc-shaped supporting structure comprises a second arc-shaped cushion block located between the two first arc-shaped cushion blocks, a jacking mechanism connected between the second arc-shaped cushion block and the supporting base and a translation mechanism used for driving the second arc-shaped cushion block to move between the two first arc-shaped cushion blocks. The top end faces of the first arc-shaped cushion block and the second arc-shaped cushion block are each provided with a groove used for being matched with a protruding block at the bottom of the steel box girder. According to the self-anchored suspension bridge steel box girder framing pushing equipment, the defect that existing pushing equipment cannot adapt to arc section girder bottom pushing operation is overcome, welding, dismantling and repairing work and materials of a large number of temporary structures are saved, the construction efficiency is improved, and meanwhile energy saving and environmental protection are achieved.
