The invention relates to the field of cofferdam assemblies, in particular to a water conservancy and hydropower construction cofferdam supporting structure which comprises H-shaped steel frames, and the H-shaped steel frames are distributed around the inner side of a surrounding plate and used for abutting against the surrounding plate; the buckle seat is buckled on the edge of the H-shaped steel frame in a sliding manner, and a fixed rotating seat is arranged on the surface of the buckle seat; the H-shaped steel frames are arranged at different positions, the buckling bases are arranged on the H-shaped steel frames, the fixed rotating bases are arranged on the H-shaped steel frames, the beam rod is arranged on the H-shaped steel frames, the two ends of the beam rod are aligned to the H-shaped steel frames at different positions, the two ends of the beam rod are provided with movable rotating bases, and the movable rotating bases are rotationally connected with the fixed rotating bases.
