The invention provides water conservancy project riverway environment-friendly desilting equipment which comprises a slurry pump, a suction pipe and a stirring mechanism, the slurry pump sucks slurry in riverway water through the suction pipe, and a plurality of obliquely-arranged disturbance plates are hinged to the peripheral wall of the suction pipe; a water inlet of the suction pipe and the stirring mechanism are both located in a space defined by the multiple disturbance plates, the stirring mechanism is connected with the suction pipe, and the vertical reciprocating assembly is connected with the disturbance plates and drives the angles between the multiple disturbance plates and the center line of the suction pipe to change through vertical movement. The flow direction of water outside the suction pipe is changed. According to the invention, the diffusion amount of disturbed silt flowing away along with water flow is reduced, so that disturbed muddy water can be more possibly sucked by a mud pump, the probability of deposition of the mud flowing away along with the water flow at another position of a river channel is further reduced, the clearing frequency of the silt is reduced, and the increase of energy consumption is further reduced.
