The invention discloses a prefabricated wall panel with a decorative plate, a wall system and a building, and the prefabricated wall panel with the decorative plate comprises a base plate which is provided with an outer plate surface, an inner plate surface opposite to the outer plate surface, a left side surface and a right side surface; the veneer is a rectangular plate, and at least two sides of the back surface of the veneer are respectively provided with a group of lock holes; the connecting plates are in one-to-one correspondence with the lock hole groups and are provided with first plates attached to or parallel to the back surface and second plates connected with one sides of the first plates, and the second plates are correspondingly positioned on the side surfaces of the base plate; a first connecting hole corresponding to the lock hole is formed in the first plate, and a second connecting hole is formed in the second plate; the locking connecting piece is used for fixing the first plate on the lock hole through the first connecting hole; and the fixed connecting piece is used for fixing the second plate on the corresponding side surface through the second connecting hole. According to the prefabricated wallboard, the assembling difficulty is relatively low, and the assembling precision is relatively good.
