Prefabricated large-opening partially-coated steel reinforced concrete beam and construction method
A prefabricated and assembled large-holed partially-coated steel reinforced concrete beam adopts the idea of partial prefabrication and partial cast-in-place and is composed of a prefabricated part and a cast-in-place part, and the prefabricated part is manufactured in a factory and comprises holed H-shaped steel; the holed H-shaped steel comprises a web plate, an end plate, a lower flange plate and an upper flange plate; the end plate is arranged at the end of the profile steel and connected with the web, the lower flange plate and the upper flange plate, and the plate face is perpendicular to the length direction of the profile steel. The web is divided into a first area and a second area, and the first area is a section steel midspan area; the first area is provided with a first hole and is provided with a longitudinal stiffening rib; a plurality of second holes are formed in the second area in the length direction of the profile steel, and transverse stiffening ribs are arranged; prefabricated high-strength concrete is arranged among the lower flange plate, the upper flange plate and the end plates, a plurality of shear connectors are arranged at the top of the upper flange plate at equal intervals, and a cast-in-place concrete plate is poured on the top of the upper flange plate. Large holes are reserved, laying of equipment such as pipelines in the later period is facilitated, and construction is facilitated by means of prefabrication and assembly.
一种预制装配大开洞部分包覆型钢混凝土梁,采用部分预制装配部分现浇的思想,由预制部分和现浇部分组成,其中预制部分在工厂制作完成,包括开洞H型钢;开洞H型钢包括腹板、端板、下翼缘板和上翼缘板;端板设置在型钢端部,连接腹板、下翼缘板和上翼缘板,板面与型钢长度方向垂直;腹板分为第一区域和第二区域,其中第一区域为型钢跨中区域;第一区域开有第一洞口,并设置纵向加劲肋;第二区域沿型钢长度方向开有若干第二洞口,并设置横向加劲肋;下翼缘板、上翼缘板和端板之间有预制高强混凝土,上翼缘板顶部有若干等间距的抗剪连接件,并浇筑有现浇混凝土板。本发明预留大开洞,方便后期管道等设备的铺设,采用预制装配的做法,方便施工。
