The invention relates to the technical field of daylighting roofs, and discloses a daylighting roof building structure and a daylighting glass roof which are provided with daylighting opening and closing control assemblies and comprise fixing plates, supporting legs, movable openings, motors, main shafts, main belt wheels, auxiliary belt wheel seats, auxiliary belt wheels, movable belts and shielding plates. The motor is connected with the spindle, the spindle is provided with a main belt wheel, the edge of the fixing plate is provided with an auxiliary belt wheel seat, the auxiliary belt wheel is provided with a movable belt, and the shielding plate is connected with the belt through a clamping block. The motor drives the main shaft to rotate so as to push the main belt wheel to rotate, and horizontal movement of the clamping block shielding plate is achieved through the movable belt transmission synergistic effect. By controlling forward and reverse rotation of the motor, reciprocating motion of the shielding plate is achieved, and opening and closing adjustment of the lighting glass roof is achieved.
