Seamless paving method for rock plates/ceramic tiles
The invention relates to the field of rock plate/tile paving, and particularly discloses a rock plate/tile seamless paving method which comprises the following steps: firstly, paving a three-dimensional bracket below a base layer, then, leveling the base layer through mortar, then, dividing side lines matched with the rock plates/tiles in size on the base layer and sticking seam beautifying stickers, and finally, paving the seam beautifying stickers on the base layer. Paving the rock plate/ceramic tile on the mortar, enabling the rock plate/ceramic tile to be tightly attached to the mortar through vibration, then tearing off the seam beautifying sticker, clearing away the redundant mortar extruded from the sideline, coating a layer of silicone adhesive on the sideline, and after the mortar and the silicone adhesive are solidified, sealing the seam beautifying sticker with the silicone adhesive. The rock plates/ceramic tiles are tightly adsorbed through an electric seamless splicing suction cup, and the seamless paving effect of the rock plates/ceramic tiles is automatically detected. In this way, seamless paving of the rock plates/ceramic tiles can be achieved, and the paving quality of the rock plates/ceramic tiles meets the preset requirement.
