The disinfection equipment comprises a liquid supply assembly, a liquid conveying pipeline, a liquid distribution pipeline and a plurality of first atomizers, the liquid supply assembly and the liquid conveying pipeline are arranged outside the laboratory main body and are communicated with each other, and the liquid distribution pipeline is arranged inside the laboratory main body and is communicated with the liquid conveying pipeline; the plurality of first atomizers are arranged on the liquid distribution pipeline at intervals and are dispersedly distributed in the laboratory main body; and the blowing equipment is arranged in the laboratory main body. The air blowing equipment is started, flowing air drives the aerosol disinfectant to dynamically flow in the laboratory body, the disinfectant can effectively make contact with dead corners of the laboratory and the positions, difficult to clean, of the bottom and the back face of an experiment table, the disinfection and sterilization effect is improved, and thoroughness of disinfection and sterilization operation is guaranteed. In the disinfecting and killing operation process, experimenters do not need to stay in the laboratory main body, so that the physical strength of the experimenters is saved, the time and labor are saved, and the health of the experimenters is not harmed.
