Installation process of impressed current cathodic protection system on suction barrel type jacket
The invention relates to a process for installing an impressed current cathodic protection system on a suction barrel type jacket. The process comprises the following steps on land: manufacturing the suction barrel type jacket; installing a lead protection steel pipe; the wire protection steel pipe comprises an upper straight section connected with the upper portion of the steel pipe pile through a supporting frame, a lower straight section connected with the lower portion of the steel pipe pile through a supporting frame and a bent section connected with the bearing platform. The upper straight section and the lower straight section are opposite and are connected through a prefabricated folding pipe, and the upper straight section and the bent section are connected through a rubber pipe; electrode bases are installed on the outer wall of the steel pipe pile and the diagonal bridging according to the installation position of the wire protection steel pipe and the electrode appearance; pulling the wire from the pipe orifice of the wire protection steel pipe corresponding to the electrode base to the upper end outlet of the wire protection steel pipe by using a pull rope, namely pulling the wire to a bearing platform; the outlet of the wire protection steel pipe is sealed; an electrode is mounted on the electrode base; and connecting a wire to finish installation.
