The invention provides a manufacturing process of a reinforcement cage with an end plate, a production process of a precast pile and the precast pile. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: manufacturing the reinforcement cage; manufacturing an end plate with an anchoring hole; steel bars at the two ends of the reinforcement cage penetrate through the anchoring holes of the corresponding end plates correspondingly and stretch out of the anchoring holes of the end plates; heading steel bar end parts at two ends of the steel bar cage; and moving the end plate to anchor the upset head at the end part of the steel bar in the anchoring hole of the end plate. According to the method, the end plate is firstly mounted on the reinforcement cage, and then the reinforcement upset heads at the two ends of the reinforcement cage are operated, so that the method has the characteristics of simplicity and high efficiency in mounting, low labor intensity, low requirements on field mounting personnel, low equipment investment, capability of realizing quick mounting of the reinforcement-groove-free end plate and the reinforcement cage, excellent economic performance and the like.
本发明提供了一种带端板钢筋笼的制作工艺和预制桩生产工艺及预制桩,包括如下步骤:制作钢筋笼;制作带锚固孔的端板;分别将钢筋笼两端的钢筋穿过对应端板的锚固孔,且钢筋笼两端的钢筋伸出端板的锚固孔;对钢筋笼两端的钢筋端部进行镦头;移动端板使钢筋端部的镦头锚固在端板的锚固孔内。本发明通过先将端板安装在钢筋笼上,再对钢筋笼两端的钢筋镦头操作,这样安装简单高效、劳动强度低、对现场的安装人员要求低、设备投入低、可实现无过筋槽端板与钢筋骨架笼的快速安装、经济性能优等特点。
