Composite heat insulation ball as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a composite heat insulation ball as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The ball comprises a ball core which is of a porous spherical structure; the ball core is made of aluminum oxide; the isolating layer is arranged on the outer surface of the ball core; the isolating layer can prevent liquid and/or solid from permeating into the surface of the ball core; the coating layer is adhered to the outer surface of the isolating layer through an adhesive A; the coating layer is made of aluminum oxide and aerogel; the mass ratio of the aerogel to the aluminum oxide is 1: (15-25); the reflecting layer is adhered to the outer surface of the coating layer through an adhesive B, and the reflecting layer is made of a material with the performance that the reflectivity of middle and far infrared light is larger than 0.3-0.6 and the emissivity of the middle and far infrared light is 0.7-0.9; and the thickness of the reflecting layer is 80-120 [mu] m. The technical problem to be solved is how to provide a composite heat-insulating ball, so that a heat-insulating repair molding material prepared from the composite heat-insulating ball can effectively block a heat transfer process mainly comprising heat radiation at a high temperature of 800-1500 DEG C.
