The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of cement; 30 to 40 parts of quartz sand; 5-10 parts of silica fume; 2-8 parts of a crystallization precipitant; 1-5 parts of a complexing agent; 2-10 parts of rubber powder; 2-6 parts of nano calcium oxide; 0.5 to 2 parts of cellulose ether; 0.5 to 1 part of calcium formate; 0.5 to 1 part of sodium citrate; and 0.2-2 parts of a water reducing agent. The repair-enhanced cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof material prepared by the invention is added when concrete is mixed, and can form a complete body structure with the concrete, so that the concrete can bear higher hydrostatic pressure, and cracks, fine cracks and wide, long and deep cracks generated in concrete pouring and service stages can be quickly and permanently repaired; meanwhile, the mechanical property of the concrete can be enhanced, and wide application prospects are achieved.
