The invention discloses a composite ceramic-based composite material containing double-layer interfaces as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of ceramic-based composite materials. The method comprises the following steps: sequentially coating the surface of an Al2O3 whisker with interface layers of LaPO4 and Y2O3 to obtain an Al2O3W preform; and embedding the Al2O3W preform in Al-Y alloy powder, carrying out infiltration, and carrying out oxidation treatment in an air atmosphere to obtain the composite ceramic matrix composite containing the double-layer interface. The process provided by the invention is short in period and high in stability and reliability, has good engineering value, and is beneficial to widening the application field of the YAG composite material.
本发明公开了一种含双层界面的复相陶瓷基复合材料及其制备方法和应用,涉及陶瓷基复合材料技术领域。该方法包括在Al2O3晶须表面依次包覆LaPO4和Y2O3的界面层,获得Al2O3W预制体;将Al2O3W预制体包埋于Al‑Y合金粉中,经熔渗后,在空气气氛中进行氧化处理,得到含双层界面的复相陶瓷基复合材料。本发明提供的工艺周期短、稳定性和可靠性高,具备良好的工程化价值,利于拓宽YAG类复合材料的应用领域。
