The height and the horizontal position of the splicing head can be moved, meanwhile, the splicing plate can be conveniently extended and contracted through the extension assembly, and therefore when the first roadbed and the second roadbed are in stepped lap joint, the splicing head can be conveniently and adaptively used according to steps with different heights.
