The invention discloses a novel structure of a salinized soil roadbed in a cold and arid region, and belongs to the technical field of roadbed engineering. The roadbed structure body is composed of a first gravel packing layer, a saline water separation layer and a second gravel packing layer which are sequentially laid from top to bottom, side slopes, slope protection ways and drainage ditches are arranged on the two sides of the roadbed structure body, and the rail is laid above the first gravel packing layer. The saline water separation layer is mainly composed of a composite geomembrane and undisturbed saline soil improved by fly ash, and the doping amount of the fly ash is 10-15%. The partition layer is arranged between the two filler layers, longitudinal migration of moisture and salt in the roadbed body is blocked, and the occurrence probability of roadbed diseases is reduced; the utilization rate of the coal-based solid waste fly ash is increased; by arranging the filling side slopes and the drainage ditches, the roadbed structure can be kept stable, the construction engineering quality is improved, and obvious social and economic benefits are created.
