Bituminous pavement structure fully using iron tailings and construction method of bituminous pavement structure
The invention discloses an asphalt pavement structure using iron tailings in the whole structure and a construction method thereof, and aims to realize resource utilization of road construction materials, improve the road performance and reduce the environmental influence at the same time. The structure comprises a roadbed layer, a pavement base layer and a surface layer from bottom to top, and is completely or partially made of iron tailing materials. The roadbed layer is completely made of lime-stabilized iron tailing soil instead of traditional lime-stabilized soil; the pavement base layer is formed by replacing fine aggregate in equal-particle-size water-stable gravel with iron tailings; and the asphalt surface layer adopts iron tailings to partially replace mineral powder in the asphalt mixture. The iron tailing particles have specific particle size distribution, plasticity index and organic matter content, and have specific proportions of iron, silicon, calcium, aluminum and other elements. In addition, the invention further comprises thickness value ranges corresponding to all layers of urban roads of different grades, preparation of iron tailing mixtures and the like. The invention provides an environment-friendly, economic and high-performance novel road structure and a construction method for urban asphalt roads, and has a wide application prospect.
