The invention relates to an integrated photovoltaic sound barrier device and system. The integrated photovoltaic sound barrier device comprises sound barrier equipment, a photovoltaic assembly and a first connecting assembly. The photovoltaic module and the sound barrier equipment are arranged at an interval along a first direction, and the photovoltaic module comprises a battery body and a connecting frame; the connecting frame is provided with a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove; the first clamping groove is used for clamping the battery body; the first connecting assembly comprises a first connecting plate, one side of the first connecting plate is connected with the sound barrier equipment, a containing cavity is formed in the other side, away from the sound barrier equipment, of the first connecting plate, at least part of the connecting frame is contained in the containing cavity, and at least part of the outer side cavity wall, in the first direction, of the containing cavity is clamped into the second clamping groove. According to the device, the sound barrier equipment can be connected through the first connecting plate, and the periphery of the photovoltaic module can be coated, so that the structure of the joint of the sound barrier equipment and the photovoltaic module is relatively compact, and the occupied area is smaller; and under the coating effect of the first connecting plate, the mounting and fixing stability of the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate is good.
