The river slope comprises a river slope body, a triangular supporting frame is fixedly connected into the river slope body, the triangular supporting frame is filled with a culture medium, one end of the triangular supporting frame is fixedly connected with a seed hanging net, one side of the river slope body is fixedly connected with a reinforced concrete slope toe, and an arc-shaped water guide groove is formed in the bottom of the triangular supporting frame; a drainage groove is formed in one end of the river slope body. By starting the transmission assembly, the stirring rod can be driven to rotate in a reciprocating mode, meanwhile, the stirring rod turns over in a reciprocating mode in the culture medium, the filling power in the culture medium is improved, and therefore rainwater accumulated in the culture medium can slide into an arc-shaped water guide groove to be accumulated under the action of gravity; rainwater accumulated in the arc-shaped water guide grooves is guided into the riverbed through the drainage grooves, so that rainwater accumulation in the culture medium is effectively reduced, and growth of plants is facilitated.
