The invention provides an automatic centering rotary spraying expanded head anchor cable which comprises a drilling machine anchor hole, a rotary spraying head and a drill rod, the diameter of the drill rod is larger than that of the rotary spraying head, the rotary spraying head is installed on the drill rod, one end of the drilling machine anchor hole is cut to form an anchor hole bottom expanded soil hole, an anchor cable is arranged in the drilling machine anchor hole, and the anchor hole bottom expanded soil hole is formed in the drilling machine anchor hole. One end of the anchor cable is connected with an expansion head clamping assembly, the anchor cable is arranged on the positioning piece in a penetrating mode, and the expansion head clamping assembly comprises a circular ring plate fixed to one end of the anchor cable.
