Cofferdam modular installation design method
A cofferdam modular installation design method is divided into four stages: the first stage: carding various factors having great influence on construction under external conditions, and determining a cofferdam structure form and a construction mode after analysis; in the second stage, the assembly work of the cofferdam is completed through the factory-like and standardized construction process, unit block assembling, block section assembling and section body assembly line production; in the third stage, a splicing site is planned, functional area division and modular component splicing position lofting are conducted, the transportation work of blocks and other prefabricated components is arranged according to the splicing sequence, and the work is completed in cooperation with the site hoisting capacity; and in the fourth stage, the cofferdam sections are integrally hoisted into water, floating-state height addition operation of the modular cofferdam and the steel casing group is conducted at the temporary storage position on water and the pier sinking position, and overall assembly construction of the cofferdam is completed. According to the cofferdam modular installation design method, the cofferdam module installation method can be reasonably and intelligently designed, and large influence of external factors on overall construction is avoided.
一种围堰模块化安装设计方法,分为四个阶段:第一阶段:梳理外界条件对施工存在较大影响的各种因素,分析后确定围堰结构形式及施工方式;第二阶段:以工厂化、标准化施工流程,单元组块、块组节、节组体流水作业,完成围堰的拼装工作;第三阶段:规划拼装场地进行功能区划分及模块化构件拼接位置放样,根据拼装顺序安排块段及其余装配预制构件的运输工作,配合现场吊装能力完成作业;第四阶段:将围堰节段整体起吊入水,在水上临时存放及墩位下沉位置进行模块化围堰及钢护筒群浮态接高作业,完成围堰整体拼装施工。该围堰模块化安装设计方法,可合理化、智能化设计出围堰模块安装方法,避免外界因素对整体施工造成较大影响。
