The invention relates to a CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) metal combined pull rod which is characterized by comprising a CFRP pull rod, the anchorage device outer molds are fixedly installed at the two ends of the CFRP pull rod, and external thread sections are formed on the surfaces of the anchorage device outer molds; the CFRP pull rod is sleeved with the metal sleeve, an internal thread section is formed in the position, corresponding to the external thread section, of the metal sleeve, the anchorage device outer mold is in threaded connection with the internal thread section, and parts of the anchorage device outer mold are exposed out of the two end portions of the metal sleeve to form connecting sections, so that the two connecting sections are symmetrically arranged, assembling and tensioning are more convenient, and the anchorage device outer mold is not prone to deformation. In the initial combination state, the CFRP pull rod bears pre-tension force, the metal sleeve bears pre-pressure, the CFRP pull rod and the metal sleeve are balanced in tension and pressure, and the overall tensile property of the pull rod is improved.
本发明涉及一种CFRP金属组合拉杆,其特征是,包括:CFRP拉杆;固定安装于所述CFRP拉杆的两个端部的锚具外模,所述锚具外模的表面形成有外螺纹段;套设于所述CFRP拉杆的金属套筒,所述金属套筒对应所述外螺纹段形成有内螺纹段,所述锚具外模螺纹连接于所述内螺纹段,所述锚具外模有部分露出于所述金属套筒两个端部形成连接段,使得两个所述连接段对称设置,组装、张拉更为方便,初始组合状态下所述CFRP拉杆承受预拉力、所述金属套筒承受预压力,两者拉压平衡,改善拉杆整体抗拉性能。
