The invention discloses a high-performance concrete decorative plate external wall thermal insulation system which is composed of a plurality of concrete decorative plates installed on a building external wall, and the concrete decorative plates comprise planar concrete decorative plates, L-shaped concrete decorative plates and/or U-shaped concrete decorative plates. The L-shaped concrete decorative plate comprises at least one of an L-shaped left plate, an L-shaped right plate, an L-shaped upper plate and an L-shaped lower plate; the concrete decorative plate is integrally formed by a concrete surface layer located on the outer side and a heat preservation layer located on the inner side, a reinforcing mesh is arranged in the concrete surface layer, pre-embedded connecting pieces are arranged in the four corners of the concrete surface layer, and studs of the pre-embedded connecting pieces penetrate out of the inner side of the concrete surface layer. The clamping hooks are positioned on the inner side of the concrete decorative plate; the concrete decorative plate is hung on a hook fixed to the outer wall face of a building through the clamping hook, and the hook is a double-lug hook or a single-lug hook. Vertical waterproof grooves are formed in the left side face and the right side face of the concrete surface layer.
