Through the first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism, the air cylinder is controlled to operate to drive the supporting plate to slide, in the process of being matched with a rack on the air cylinder and driving a columnar wheel to rotate, a worm and gear structure is formed by the air cylinder and a stand column, the supporting plate is driven to move upwards, the state of a new energy automobile parked in the shed is controlled, and the state in the shed is ensured; meanwhile, a steering mechanism is arranged between a first lifting mechanism and a second lifting mechanism which are the same in structure, the height of an angle control auxiliary rod is controlled, when the angle control auxiliary rod ascends or descends, a rotating connecting plate is driven to rotate through longitudinal sliding and a transverse sliding groove, and a photovoltaic panel is driven to ascend or descend at two angles in the rotating process of the rotating connecting plate; and the highest-efficiency absorption of solar energy is ensured.
本发明属于光伏车棚技术领域,本发明公开了一种光伏车棚,包括入库底座、控制侧杆、支撑侧杆、光伏顶棚组件和升降控制组件;本发明通过升降机构一和升降机构二,以控制气缸的运转带动支撑板滑动,配合其上的齿条,带动柱状轮转动的过程中,又与立柱构成蜗轮蜗杆结构,带动支撑板上移,对车棚内所停的新能源汽车状态进行控制,确保棚内状态;同时于结构相同的升降机构一与升降机构二之间设立转向机构,对角度控制副杆的高度进行控制,当其上升或下降时,会通过纵向滑动与横向滑槽带动转动接板转动,转动接板转动的过程中会带动光伏板以两种角度上升或是下降,确保太阳能最高效率的吸收。
