Electronic control door lock
The invention relates to an electronically controlled door lock (1) for a motor vehicle (2), configured to operate under at least three different operating conditions, including a normal operating condition, a dormant operating condition and a crash operating condition, comprising: a system base chip (3), a main supply voltage (Vbatt) is received from a main power supply (6) of the motor vehicle during a normal operating condition, and a backup supply voltage (Vsc) is received during a collision operating condition; an electric motor (4) configured to actuate the electronically controlled door lock based on the primary supply voltage during the normal operating condition and based on the backup supply voltage during the crash operating condition; and an electronic control unit (5) configured, when triggered by the system base chip, to enter hibernation during a hibernation operating condition and to be awakened during a normal operating condition and a collision operating condition, and configured to control the motor during the normal operating condition and the collision operating condition.
