The invention discloses an excavation-free construction method for reinforcing a slope body of a tunnel entering section, which is characterized in that excavation-free reinforcement of the slope body of the tunnel entering section is reinforcement from the earth surface to the periphery of a tunnel hole, and a soft and loose covering layer and a full and strong weathering layer of the tunnel entering section are improved and reinforced on the spot by utilizing an original earth surface topography; the method comprises the following steps that (1) the range of a plane, needing to be reinforced, of the tunnel entering section is determined; (2) the depth, needing to be reinforced, of the tunnel entering section and the length of each grouting pipe are determined; (3) determining the arrangement distance of each grouting pipe, and marking each geological drilling point position on the surface of the slope body; (4) geologically drilling a slope body, and arranging a grouting pipe; (5) grouting to reinforce the stratum; and (6) after reinforcement, the tunnel is excavated according to general procedures. The method is convenient in process, economical, green and low-carbon, can flexibly and effectively determine the range of the slope reinforcing area of the tunnel-entering section, and can safely and efficiently implement tunnel-entering excavation.
