The uplock can be kept in a closed state under the condition that a system has no pressure, locking can be achieved in a mechanical mode, and when the actuating cylinder drives unlocking, the lock ring can move up and down within a certain range after being disengaged from the lock hook, and re-locking cannot be caused.
