The invention provides an anti-icing concrete material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of preparation of concrete. The preparation method of the anti-icing concrete material comprises the following steps: S1, heating and uniformly stirring ethanol, a cetyltrimethylammonium bromide aqueous solution and aggregate to obtain a mixed material; adding an alkaline solution and tetraethoxysilane into the mixed material, uniformly mixing, centrifuging, and drying to obtain pretreated aggregate; adding a polydimethylsiloxane solution into the pretreated aggregate, uniformly mixing, centrifuging, and drying to obtain modified aggregate; s2, uniformly stirring and mixing the modified aggregate, fibers and a sodium laurate aqueous solution, compacting and curing, demolding and curing to obtain a cement mortar test piece; and S3, spraying a water repellent agent on the surface of the cement mortar test piece to obtain the anti-icing concrete material. The anti-icing concrete material provided by the invention has excellent hydrophobic property, anti-icing property and mechanical property.
