The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and provides an external thermal insulation integrated non-dismantling formwork and a preparation method thereof.The external thermal insulation integrated non-dismantling formwork comprises a hard foam polyurethane layer and an ultra-high performance concrete layer poured on the surface of the hard foam polyurethane layer; comprising the following components in parts by weight: 500-800 parts of cement, 95-152 parts of lightweight aggregate, 450-720 parts of fine sand, 30-55 parts of composite fibers, 1-3 parts of a titanate coupling agent, 100-400 parts of water and 10-15 parts of paraffin, the composite fiber is a mixture of polyformaldehyde fiber and polylactic acid fiber; the hard foam polyurethane layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 90 to 100 parts of polyether polyol, 120 to 130 parts of isocyanate, 1 to 3 parts of a foaming agent, 2 to 4 parts of a foam homogenizing agent and 0.5 to 3 parts of a catalyst. By means of the technical scheme, the problems that in the prior art, the toughness of a non-dismantling heat preservation formwork and the strength of a heat preservation layer are poor are solved.
