The invention discloses a high-strength grouting material for mounting a foundation base of a high-power wind turbine generator and a preparation method of the high-strength grouting material. The grouting material is prepared by mixing water and powder according to a mass ratio of 0.083-0.098, the powder material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 30 to 38 parts of Portland cement, 40 to 55 parts of sand, 10 to 20 parts of a composite mineral admixture, 0.008 to 0.013 part of an expanding agent, 0.25 to 0.55 part of a water reducing agent, 0.35 to 0.65 part of an early strength agent, 0.12 to 0.28 part of a de-foaming agent and 0.06 to 0.2 part of an exciting agent combination. The prepared high-strength grouting material is convenient to construct, various properties can meet the mounting requirements of a foundation base of a high-power wind turbine generator, and compared with other grouting materials, through the synergistic effect of chemical excitation and skeleton design, the grouting material has ultrahigh strength, meanwhile, the cement consumption in the preparation process is reduced, and the cost is reduced. Therefore, the method has the characteristics of environmental protection and low cost.
