The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of permanent magnetic ferrites, and discloses a preparation method of a high-performance permanent magnetic ferrite magnet in order to solve the problems of low magnetic performance of the ferrite and low stability and yield in the preparation process in the prior art. Mixing the raw materials and the sintering aid, and crushing to obtain a mixture; mixing the mixture with pre-sintered material powder, performing spray granulation, and pre-sintering in air to obtain a pre-sintered material; carrying out coarse crushing on the pre-sintered material, mixing with an additive, and carrying out secondary wet ball milling to obtain slurry; and molding the slurry in a magnetic field, and sintering to obtain the permanent magnetic ferrite magnet. According to the invention, the reaction degree during pre-sintering is improved, so that the chemical uniformity of the pre-sintered material is improved, the magnetic performance of the sintered magnet is further improved, and the problems of cracking of the pre-sintered material in the sintering process and spots of the ferrite magnet can be effectively solved.
本发明涉及永磁铁氧体制备技术领域,为解决现有技术下铁氧体的磁性能低,制备过程中稳定性和成品率较低的问题,公开了一种高性能永磁铁氧体磁体的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按铁氧体的化学式进行配料,将各原料以及烧结助剂混合后粉碎得到混合料;将混合料与预烧料粉混合后喷雾造粒,再在空气中进行预烧得到预烧料;将预烧料进行粗破碎后与添加剂混合,再进行二级湿法球磨得到浆料;将浆料在磁场中成型后进行烧结得到永磁铁氧体磁体。本发明提升了预烧时的反应程度,使得预烧料的化学均一性提升,进而提高了烧结后磁体的磁性能,并且可以有效解决预烧料在烧结过程中开裂的问题和铁氧体磁体花斑的问题。
