Environment-friendly semi-automatic curb installation trolley and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an environment-friendly semi-automatic curb mounting trolley and a construction method thereof. The environment-friendly semi-automatic curb mounting trolley comprises a frame, electric rollers are mounted on the frame, a loading table is mounted at the front end of the frame, and a height-adjustable scraper is mounted on one side of the frame; the conveying belt is mounted at the rear end of the frame, and the conveying belt is provided with an input end and an output end; the cantilever crane is used for hoisting curbs to be paved and transferring the curbs to the input end, and is rotatably mounted at the front end of the frame; the guide slope plate is obliquely arranged and is mounted on one side of the frame, the output end of the guide slope plate is aligned to the upper end of the guide slope plate, a baffle is formed on the side, away from the frame, of the guide slope plate, and an inclined slide way for allowing curbs to be paved to slide is defined by the baffle, the guide slope plate and the frame; the sensor is mounted on the frame and is aligned to the lower end of the inclined slide way; and the controller is in signal connection with the electric rollers, the conveying belt and the sensor. The curb installation device solves the problems that an existing curb installation mode is low in installation speed and labor-consuming.
