The invention discloses an environment-friendly impact-resistant artificial seawall, and relates to the technical field of artificial seawalls. The seawall comprises a seawall main body which is provided with an upstream inclined seawall face, and is characterized by further comprising a filtering assembly and a cleaning assembly, a water inlet is formed in the lower portion of the upstream inclined seawall face, a water outlet is formed in the upper portion of the upstream inclined seawall face, and the water inlet and the water outlet are arranged in the extension direction of a coastline; a buffering channel penetrating in the coastline extending direction is arranged in the seawall body, one end of the buffering channel communicates with the water inlet, and the other end of the buffering channel communicates with the water outlet. The filtering assembly is slidably connected to the inner wall of the buffering channel in the water inflow direction of the buffering channel; the cleaning assembly is slidably connected to the inner side wall of the buffering channel in the coastline extending direction and corresponds to the side, close to the water inlet, of the filtering assembly. The impact force of sea waves can be relieved, garbage accumulated on the filter screen can be conveniently cleaned through the cleaning assembly, garbage in the sea waves can be intercepted through the garbage collecting assembly, and the marine environment is protected.
