The invention discloses an engineering pile with a precast pile as a supporting stand column and a stand column pile and a construction method. The engineering pile comprises a temporary part which is located above a structural bottom plate during construction and needs to be cut off in the construction process, and a permanent part which is connected with the structural bottom plate and located below the structural bottom plate. Carbon fiber cloth is laid on the outer side wall, close to the joint of the temporary part, of the permanent part; the structural bottom plate is divided into an upper part and a lower part along the boundary of the temporary part and the permanent part; a support used for bearing loads in the horizontal direction is arranged at the upper end of the temporary part. During construction, precast piles are driven in first, then a support is arranged at the upper end of the temporary part, and then a foundation pit is excavated; after the pre-pouring structure for connecting the structural bottom plate and the permanent part is completed, the temporary part is broken, and finally the permanent part and the structural bottom plate are connected into a whole through the post-pouring structure of the structural bottom plate. The problems of construction operability, structural safety and reliability and combination of permanent engineering piles in a construction method of taking the precast pile as a stand column pile can be solved.
本发明公开了将预制桩作为支撑立柱及立柱桩的工程桩及施工方法,包括在施工时位于结构底板上方,且需要在施工过程中截去的临时部分,以及与结构底板连接并位于结构底板下方的永久部分;永久部分靠近与临时部分衔接的位置的外侧壁铺贴碳纤维布;结构底板沿临时部分和永久部分的分界线分成上下两部分分别浇筑;临时部分的上端设有用于承载水平方向载荷的支撑。施工时,先打入预制桩,然后在临时部分的上端设置支撑,再开挖基坑;在完成结构底板与永久部分连接的先浇结构后,破处临时部分,最后通过结构底板的后浇结构将永久部分与结构底板连接成一体。本发明能解决预制桩作为立柱桩工法中施工可操作性、结构安全可靠性和结合永久工程桩的问题。
