The invention provides an ultra-large open caisson sinking soil taking construction method which comprises the steps that an open caisson core area and a remaining area are divided, an open caisson is divided into a plurality of areas, a soil taking area and a soil taking blind area of a well hole are determined, the soil taking depth of the soil taking area of the well hole is determined, layered and zoned soil taking is conducted on the whole section of the open caisson, and a mud suction hole and a water jetting hole are reserved through an open caisson structure. High-pressure jet water flow is adopted to destroy a blind area soil body, and the soil sampling progress is adjusted based on open caisson foundation posture monitoring and structural stress monitoring data. 本发明提供一种超大型沉井下沉取土施工方法,包括:划分为沉井核心区与剩余区域,将沉井分为多个区域,确定井孔的取土区域和取土盲区,确定井孔取土区域的取土深度,沉井全断面分层分区取土,通过沉井结构预留吸泥孔、射水孔,采用高压射喷水流破坏盲区土体,基于沉井基础姿态监控与结构应力监控数据调节取土进度。本发明按照对称原则进行全断面分区分层取土,有利于沉井基础平稳下沉,通过设置核心区域井孔取土深度大于其他区域,有利于保障沉井下沉状态良好,防止沉井外土体涌入沉井内,有利于保持沉井姿态稳定,采用高压射喷水流破坏盲区土体的方法,解决了盲区不易取土的难题,结合井孔区域取土和盲区破土,真正实现全断面沉井取土下沉。
