The invention relates to a hydraulic automatic control rain and sewage diverter which comprises a shell, a cover plate is arranged at the top of the shell, a water inlet connector, a sewage outlet connector and a rainwater outlet connector are formed in the side edge of the shell, and the water inlet connector and the sewage outlet connector are oppositely formed in the front side wall and the rear side wall of the shell. The rainwater outlet connector is located on the left side wall or the right side wall of the shell, two water baffles are arranged between the water inlet connector and the sewage outlet connector, and the two water baffles are installed on the left side wall and the right side wall in the shell to form a herringbone water blocking valve. A water retaining plate of the herringbone water retaining valve is opened towards the water inlet connector, a spring for pulling the water retaining plate towards the water inlet connector is arranged on the water retaining plate, and the herringbone water retaining valve is arranged at the position close to the sewage outlet connector.
