The support joint comprises a front sealing plate, a rear sealing plate, an inserting plate, a reinforcing mechanism and a guide pipe. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: firstly, prefabricating each part of the support node; welding the lower sealing plate at the bottom of the lower reinforcing mechanism; welding the upper reinforcing mechanism at the upper part of the lower reinforcing mechanism; welding the two guide pipes on the front sealing plate; and the upper sealing plate is welded to the upper reinforcing mechanism and the front side sealing plate, and finally the rear side sealing plate is welded to the upper reinforcing mechanism. The structure is simple, the design is scientific and reasonable, the use is convenient, the truss support, the truss chord member and the prestressed inhaul cable are reasonably and compactly connected and combined into a whole, the node size is small, the manufacturing is convenient, the field welding difficulty is reduced, the back anchor design operation is simple and convenient, and the extension size is small.
