The invention provides a top-layer unequal-height beam joint of a circular steel tube concrete column. The top-layer unequal-height beam joint comprises the circular steel tube concrete column, a steel reinforced concrete beam, a reinforced concrete beam and a reinforcing ring plate. The steel reinforced concrete beam is arranged on one side of the circular steel tube concrete column; the reinforced concrete beams are respectively arranged on the other three sides of the circular steel tube concrete column; reinforcing ring plates with different heights are arranged on the top layer of the circular steel pipe concrete column, and each reinforcing ring plate extends into the steel reinforced concrete beam and/or the reinforced concrete beam; the profile steel short beams are arranged in the reinforced concrete beams, the profile steel beams are arranged in the profile steel concrete beams, the reinforcing ring plates are connected with the profile steel short beams and the profile steel beams, and the profile steel beams and the profile steel short beams are connected into a whole through the reinforcing ring plates, so that the bearing capacity of a joint area is improved; the problem that strength, rigidity and stability are not high due to the fact that steel reinforced concrete beams and reinforced concrete beams are contained in middle joints and side joints of unequal-height beams on the top layer of the circular steel pipe concrete column is solved.
