The invention relates to a diagnostic apparatus, a diagnostic method, and a non-transitory computer-readable medium. A diagnostic device determines a sliding-plug operation period during which a sliding-plug operation is performed on a sliding-plug door that performs a sliding-plug operation and an opening/closing operation by moving a guide wheel attached to the sliding-plug door along a guide rail, and acquires drive information including at least one of a current value and a torque value of a drive unit that drives the sliding-plug door. The diagnostic device diagnoses an abnormality in the guide wheel or the guide rail on the basis of the drive information during the determined plug-pull operation.

The invention relates to a diagnostic apparatus, a diagnostic method, and a non-transitory computer-readable medium.
