The invention discloses an anti-disturbance monitoring installation device for shield tunnel adjacent road construction. The anti-disturbance monitoring installation device comprises a shield segment, a through hole is formed in the shield segment, an arc-shaped plate is fixedly connected into the through hole, a through groove is formed in the arc-shaped plate, a supporting plate is arranged in the through groove, one side of the supporting plate is hinged to an installation plate through a parallel platform, and the installation plate is provided with a drilling device and a pushing device. The drilling device at least comprises a drilling motor and a drilling cylinder; the pushing device at least comprises a pushing pipe, the end face of one end of the pushing pipe is fixedly connected with an extrusion column, and a plurality of pushing plates are rotationally connected into an avoiding hole in the axis of the extrusion column in a one-way mode in an annular array mode. An annular groove is formed in one end of the optical fiber sensor, and the annular groove corresponds to the push plate. The optical fiber sensors are gradually and completely buried in the soil body on the outer side of the tunnel, compared with the prior art that a protection pipe is arranged on the outer side of the optical fiber sensors, deformation of the soil body is not affected by rigidity of the protection pipe, and tiny deformation of the soil body can be monitored through the optical fiber sensors.
