The top end of the rectangular waveguide is used for being connected with a microwave electromagnetic energy source, and the bottom end of the rectangular waveguide is open; the rectangular waveguide is used for transmitting electromagnetic waves in a TE10 mode; the wide side of the rectangular waveguide is provided with a plurality of wide-side longitudinal radiation slots, and the plurality of wide-side longitudinal radiation slots are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the wide side of the rectangular waveguide.
