The invention discloses a fluorine-containing polymer film with low gloss and high weatherability, the fluorine-containing polymer film comprises an extinction layer and a matrix layer, the fluorine-containing polymer film is prepared through double-layer co-extrusion, the extinction layer comprises the following components in parts by mass: 75-90 parts of PVDF, 10-25 parts of PMMA, 0.5-2 parts of an organic ultraviolet absorbent, and 1-5 parts of acrylate microspheres with reactive groups; the matrix layer comprises the following components in parts by mass: 65-80 parts of PVDF and 20-35 parts of PMMA. The fluorine-containing polymer film has the characteristics of low glossiness, high weather resistance and the like, and overcomes the defects of high processing difficulty, poor mechanical property and weather resistance and the like of the conventional matt film or matt coating. As a durable protective film, the fluorine-containing polymer film provided by the invention is especially suitable for building exterior walls and automobile films.
