Preparation method of polyvinylidene fluoride/polyurethane cross-linked modified glass fiber composite veneering material
The invention provides a preparation method of a polyvinylidene fluoride/polyurethane cross-linked modified glass fiber composite veneering material. The preparation method comprises the steps of activating treatment of a glass fiber veneering material, preparation of a nanofiber membrane and cross-linking modification. The activating treatment method of the glass fiber veneering material comprises the following steps: soaking a glass fiber veneering semi-finished product in a hydrochloric acid solution for 2-3 hours, washing and drying to obtain the activated glass fiber veneering material, the preparation method of the nanofiber membrane comprises the step of preparing the nanofiber membrane containing polyvinylidene fluoride, diphenylmethane diisocyanate and titanium oxide on the surface of an activated glass fiber veneer material through electrostatic spinning. In the step of crosslinking modification, diphenylmethane diisocyanate in the nanofiber membrane reacts with hydroxyl on the surface of the activated glass fiber veneer material to generate polyurethane; the composite veneering material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention realizes cooperative regulation and control of watertightness and water vapor permeation amount, and has relatively high wear resistance and tensile elasticity.
本发明提供一种聚偏氟乙烯/聚氨酯交联改性玻纤复合贴面材料的制备方法,包括玻璃纤维贴面材料的活化处理、纳米纤维膜的制备、交联改性;所述玻璃纤维贴面材料的活化处理的方法为将玻璃纤维贴面半成品采用盐酸溶液浸渍处理2‑3h后,经洗涤、干燥得到活化后玻璃纤维贴面材料;所述纳米纤维膜的制备方法为通过静电纺丝,在活化后玻璃纤维贴面材料表面上制备得到含聚偏氟乙烯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、氧化钛的纳米纤维膜;所述交联改性,纳米纤维膜中的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与活化后玻璃纤维贴面材料表面的羟基进行反应生成聚氨酯;本发明制备的复合贴面材料,实现不透水性和水蒸汽透过量的协同调控,具有较高的耐磨性和拉伸弹性。
