The invention provides an intelligent control method, device and equipment for a vehicle charging port cover and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining charging impact factors of a to-be-controlled vehicle, constraint conditions of the charging impact factors, and current values and historical values of the charging impact factors, determining a sub-charging intention of the to-be-controlled vehicle based on the current values and standard values of the charging impact factors, a charging prediction model is built based on the multiple charging influence factors and the constraint conditions of the multiple charging influence factors so as to predict the comprehensive charging intention of the to-be-controlled vehicle, and if the comprehensive charging intention of the to-be-controlled vehicle is charging, a charging port cover of the to-be-controlled vehicle is controlled to be opened; charging intentions of a plurality of vehicle charging influence factors are identified, and a charging prediction model is further constructed to predict a comprehensive charging intention of a to-be-controlled vehicle, so that opening and closing of a vehicle charging port cover are controlled based on a prediction result. The beneficial effect of automatically opening and closing the charging port cover is more time-efficient.
