Preparation method of recycled concrete aggregate heat-preservation baking-free brick
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of baking-free bricks, and particularly discloses a preparation method of a recycled concrete aggregate heat-preservation baking-free brick. The method comprises the following steps: (1) fully impregnating the recycled concrete coarse aggregate in a saturated calcium bicarbonate solution, taking out the coarse aggregate, and drying to obtain the pretreated coarse aggregate; and (2) taking the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-62 parts of slag powder, 18-25 parts of Portland cement, 6-10 parts of fly ash floating beads, 30-40 parts of the pretreated coarse aggregate, 55-70 parts of sand and 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the raw materials, adding mixing water according to a water-cement ratio of 0.18-0.22, uniformly mixing, pressing the mixture into a brick blank, and naturally curing to obtain the baking-free brick. The method provided by the invention can effectively reduce the adverse effect of the recycled concrete aggregate on the mechanical properties of the baking-free brick, and the baking-free brick prepared by the invention also has good thermal insulation performance.
本发明涉及免烧砖的制备技术领域,具体公开一种再生混凝土骨料保温免烧砖的制备方法。该方法包括步骤:(1)将再生混凝土粗骨料置于饱和碳酸氢钙溶液中充分浸渍,完成后取出所述粗骨料干燥,即得预处理粗骨料。(2)取如下原料:矿渣粉45~62重量份、硅酸盐水泥18~25重量份、粉煤灰漂珠6~10重量份、所述预处理粗骨料30~40重量份、砂子55~70重量份、减水剂1~2重量份。将上述各原料混合均匀,然后按照水灰比0.18~0.22加入拌和水,混匀后将形成的压制成砖坯后自然养护,即得免烧砖。本发明的方法能够有效减小再生混凝土骨料对免烧砖力学性能带来的不利影响,而且本发明制备的免烧砖还具有良好的保温性能。
