Low-dielectric and low-heat-conduction aerogel composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a low-dielectric and low-heat-conduction aerogel composite material and a preparation method thereof, the aerogel composite material is suspended and dispersed in a trace alcohol-containing aqueous solution to form a trace alcohol-containing aerogel suspension powder solution, the aerogel suspension powder solution can be uniformly compounded with various fiber blankets or fiber mats, and then a low-cost and low-dielectric aerogel composite heat insulation blanket is formed by solvent recovery and drying. The method comprises the steps of mixed hydrolysis, suspension dispersion of a condensation solution, composite molding and solvent recovery and drying. According to the technology, a large number of hydrophobic organic solvents and interfacial active agents are not added, and in the suspension dispersion condensation process, a large number of micro-alcohol-containing aqueous solutions are combined with an emulsifying machine to directly suspend and disperse a hydrophobic or hydrophilic-hydrophobic complex aerogel dispersion solution; then, the aerogel is compounded with various fiber blankets or mats through the technologies of pressure suction, impregnation or spraying and the like, and the aerogel composite material is dried and the solvent is recycled and reused through the normal-pressure drying and recycling technology.
