The invention discloses a preparation method of a silicon nitride-based ceramic electric heating body, which comprises the following steps: ball-milling selected ingredients to prepare ceramic slurry; aging the prepared ceramic slurry, and performing spray drying to prepare ceramic powder; aging the prepared ceramic powder for more than 24 hours, homogenizing for 30 minutes by using a homogenizer, and adding a forming additive; isostatic pressing molding; processing a green body; and sintering into the silicon nitride-based electric heating element under the protection of argon and hydrogen. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, a new process is used, molybdenum disilicide is used as a conductive material, and the molybdenum disilicide has relatively high melting point, excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, excellent electric conductivity and thermal conductivity and moderate density; and meanwhile, the silicon nitride-based ceramic electric heating element meets the functional requirement of a high-power heating element in cooperation with the preparation steps, high-power heating can be achieved and can reach 6-8 Kw, and the industry blank is filled up.
本发明公开了一种氮化硅基陶瓷电发热体制备方法,将选取好的配料球磨,制成陶瓷浆料;将制成的陶瓷浆料经过陈腐,并喷雾干燥制成陶瓷粉料;将制成好的陶瓷粉料经过24小时以上的陈腐以后,使用均化器均化30分钟,添加成型添加剂;等静压成型;生坯加工;通过氩气、氢气保护烧结成氮化硅基电发热体。本发明的制备方法中使用了新的工艺,通过将二硅化钼作为导电材料,二硅化钼具有较高的熔点、极好的高温抗氧化性、优异的导电导热性和适中的密度,同时配合本发明中的制备步骤使氮化硅基陶瓷电发热体满足了大功率发热体的功能需求,大功率发热,可以达6~8Kw,填补行业空白。
