The polycondensation type multi-adsorption-group phosphonate water reducing agent is prepared from a monomer A, a monomer B, a monomer C and phosphorous acid through polycondensation and phosphorylation reaction, the monomer A is a phenyl isocyanate compound with a multi-amino structure and is prepared by reacting a phenyl isocyanate monomer with an amine monomer; the monomer B is a phenyl isocyanate compound with long-chain polyether and is prepared by reacting a phenyl isocyanate monomer with a methoxy polyoxyethylene ether monomer; the monomer C is an aldehyde monomer and is selected from formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, glyoxylic acid and benzaldehyde. The reaction conditions are simple and easy to operate, and the obtained water reducing agent is stable in structural performance. The main chain of the water reducing agent contains a phosphonic acid adsorption group, so that the water reducing agent has better anti-clay performance, is insensitive to components of a cement-based admixture, has strong adaptability to cement and has good slump retaining performance.
本发明属于混凝土外加剂技术领域,具体公开了一种缩聚型多吸附基膦酸盐减水剂、制备方法及其应用。所述缩聚型多吸附基膦酸盐减水剂由单体A、单体B、单体C和亚磷酸经缩聚和亚磷酸化反应而成;所述单体A为带有多胺基结构的苯基异氰酸酯类化合物,由苯基异氰酸酯类单体与胺类单体反应而成;所述单体B为带长链聚醚的苯基异氰酸酯类化合物,由苯基异氰酸酯类单体与甲氧基聚氧乙烯醚单体反应而成;所述单体C为醛类单体,选自甲醛、乙醛、乙醛酸、苯甲醛。此反应条件简单易操作,得到的减水剂结构性能稳定。由于该减水剂主链中含有膦酸吸附基团,具有较好抗黏土性能,对水泥基掺合料成分不敏感,对水泥适应性强,保坍性能好。
