Treatment method for underlying goaf of expressway roadbed
The invention provides a treatment method for an underlying goaf of an expressway roadbed. The method comprises the following steps: exploring a goaf, and determining an underlying goaf processing range; side slopes on the two sides of a roadbed above the goaf are excavated, the side slopes on the two sides are excavated to a feeding and backfilling working face by referring to the calculation result of the safety thickness of a goaf top plate, and then multiple rows of feeding and backfilling drill holes are formed according to the boundary trend of the underlying goaf treatment range; the multiple rows of feeding backfill drill holes are subjected to backfill treatment through rubbles, gravels and self-compacting concrete; after backfilling treatment, the slope continues to be excavated to the roadbed design elevation, then multiple rows of grouting drill holes are formed according to the boundary trend of the underlying goaf treatment range, and the multiple rows of grouting drill holes all penetrate through a goaf top plate; performing grouting reinforcement on the goaf by using cement fly ash slurry through the grouting drill holes; and after grouting reinforcement, geophysical prospecting is combined with drilling core pulling to carry out quality detection on each grouting drilling hole. By feeding and grouting in the goaf treatment range, full and dense contact between the goaf and the top plate of the backfill body is realized, so that surface collapse or roof caving is prevented, and the construction safety of the roadbed passing through the goaf is ensured.
本发明给出一种高速公路路基下伏采空区的处治方法。该方法包括对采空区进行勘探,并确定下伏采空区处理范围;开挖采空区上方路基两侧边坡,并参考采空区顶板安全厚度的计算结果,将两侧边坡开挖至投料回填工作面,然后根据下伏采空区处理范围的边界走向布置多排投料回填钻孔;通过片石、碎石、自密实混凝土对多排投料回填钻孔进行回填处理;回填处理后,继续开挖边坡至路基设计高程,然后根据下伏采空区处理范围的边界走向布置多排注浆钻孔,且多排注浆钻孔均贯穿采空区顶板;然后将水泥粉煤灰浆液通过各注浆钻孔对采空区注浆补强;注浆补强后采用物探结合钻孔抽芯对各注浆钻孔进行质量检测。本发明通过在采空区处理范围内投料及注浆,实现了采空区与回填体顶板的充分密实接触,以防止地表塌陷或顶板冒落,保证路基过采空区施工的安全。
