The invention discloses a splicable offshore spilled oil automatic recovery device which comprises an oil absorption rolling shaft, an oil containment net, a small cabin main body, an oil absorption sponge, a power paddle, an oil storage tank and a drainer, and further comprises side wings, a connecting assembly, an intelligent operation assembly, an extrusion assembly and a negative pressure assembly, and the intelligent operation assembly is arranged at the top of the small cabin main body; the oil-absorbing rolling shaft is arranged at a water inlet at the front end of the small cabin main body; the oil containment nets are arranged on the left and right sides of the front end of the small cabin main body and are positioned at two ends of the oil-absorbing rolling shaft; the side wings are arranged on the left side and the right side of the small cabin body. Connecting assemblies are installed on the outer sides of the two side wings. An oil absorption sponge and an extrusion assembly are arranged in the small cabin main body; the upper portion of the oil storage tank is provided with an oil-water separation layer and communicated with the negative pressure assembly through a negative pressure pipe. The device does not need manual operation, a plurality of devices can be connected according to an oil spilling area, the adaptability is wide, and resource waste caused when a traditional medium-large-sized device is used for small-range oil spilling area recycling is avoided.
