The invention discloses a subarea, grading and layering disease treatment method for a roadbed after large deformation of a high-speed railway foundation. The subarea, grading and layering disease treatment method comprises the following steps: detecting compactness and shear wave velocity at the top of an embankment by using a high-density surface wave method and a geological radar method; according to the dynamic inspection vehicle data, identifying disease sections of the roadbed, and classifying the disease sections; the roadbed is divided into a passive area and an active area; for a district which is free of diseases and good in geology, the district is not treated; for a district without diseases and with bad geology, a passive area of the district is processed; for a common disease section, a passive area and an active area of the section are processed; for the serious disease section, the passive area and the active area are both processed; and monitoring the disease section. The method has the advantages that subgrade diseases of different degrees are effectively treated through accurate zoning, grading and layering treatment, so that the smoothness and safety of the track are maintained.
